**How much gel does this bag make?**

A lot more than it looks. Dried moss swells to several times its size when soaked, and blending it with fresh water stretches it further, so one bag makes several jars of gel over time depending on how thick you like it. Start with a small handful and scale up once you know your ratio.

**How do I turn raw sea moss into gel?**

**How long does dried sea moss keep?**

Sealed in a cool, dark pantry, twelve months or more. Once you soak and blend it, the finished gel becomes a fridge food and keeps three to four weeks.

**Is it bleached, farmed, or pool-grown?**
