Shipping Policy

Every order is made fresh and shipped cold from our Houston, TX kitchen. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday with a 12 PM ET cutoff — we don’t ship perishables into the weekend, so an order placed Thursday goes out the following Monday.

Rates

Shipping is calculated by the packed weight of your order — your products plus the dry ice that keeps them cold (about 5-10 lb per order, included in the price, never a separate line):

Up to 15 lb packed: $15 (Upgraded Insulation, dry ice included)
15 to 40 lb packed: $30
Over 40 lb packed: $55
Outside Texas: a dry-ice and packing addition applies based on distance and order size — your exact total shows at checkout before you pay. As a guide, a refresher six-pack to the California coast ships for $65 all-in.
Houston and surrounding metro (770xx-775xx ZIP codes): flat $15 local delivery, any order size

Texas sales tax of 8.25% applies to orders, including shipping.

Transit and delivery

Most US orders arrive within 1–5 days of shipping. Gel and refreshers travel cold-packed; refrigerate them as soon as they arrive. If a shipment arrives damaged or warm, contact us within 7 days at info@yaowseamoss.net and we’ll make it right — see our refund policy.
