Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to browse, read, and order from yaowseamoss.com. This page says what we’ve done about that, plainly, and how to reach us when something doesn’t work for you.

Our standard

The site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In August 2026 the whole store went through a full accessibility pass — a static audit of every template plus automated (axe-core) and manual checks on desktop and mobile — and every issue found in our own code was fixed: color contrast, keyboard focus indicators, heading structure, form labels and error messages, screen-reader names for controls, touch-target sizes, and correct language declarations on our Spanish pages.

What we know isn’t perfect

One third-party component — the express-payment wallet widget injected by our payment processor at checkout — contains markup we can’t modify. Card checkout, which doesn’t rely on that widget, is fully accessible. Our product videos don’t yet have captions; that’s in progress.
