The facts, checkable

Company: Yaow Seamoss, Houston, TX. Founded in 2019; grew out of Houston farmers markets.
What we make: Seamoss gel (16/32 oz, five flavors), real-fruit bottled refreshers, moss pops, raw Seamoss, subscriptions, and wholesale cases.
Sourcing: organic Purple African Seamoss, hand harvested off the corals of East Africa. Never pool-grown, never bleached. Lab-tested at multiple stages.
Position: everything is made fresh to order in Houston and shipped cold Monday through Wednesday. It is food, not medicine, and our marketing says so.
Recognition: entrant in HEB’s Quest for Texas Best (2022).

Story angles that are actually true

The Houston kitchen competing with Shark Tank money: our Sea Moss Price Index is the only published per-ounce price comparison in the category. The bilingual gap: we publish in Spanish for a market the national brands ignore. The honesty experiment: we tell customers Seamoss is food, not medicine, and sales went up, not down.
