Everything is made fresh after you order and ships cold from Houston, Monday through Wednesday (12 PM ET cutoff). Insulated cold-pack shipping with dry ice included starts at $15 (Texas base tiers $15/$30/$55 by packed weight); outside Texas a dry-ice and packing addition applies by distance — your exact price shows at checkout before you pay. Houston-metro ZIP codes also get flat $15 local delivery. Most orders arrive within 1-5 days of shipping.
