Shipping & refunds
Everything is made fresh after you order and ships cold from Houston, Monday through Wednesday (12 PM ET cutoff). Insulated cold-pack shipping with dry ice included starts at $15 and is capped at $45 total, anywhere we ship (Texas base tiers $15/$30 by packed weight); outside Texas a dry-ice and packing addition applies by distance but never pushes the total past $45 — your exact price shows at checkout before you pay. Houston-metro ZIP codes also get flat $15 local delivery. Most orders arrive within 1-5 days of shipping.

How many pops come in the pack, and what is in them?
Ten Seamoss pops in a spread of real-fruit flavors. They are Seamoss gel and fruit frozen into a popsicle, no syrup and no dye, which is why they taste like fruit rather than seaweed.
Are they good for kids?
They are the kid format: a pop is a small, fixed portion of gel that needs no negotiating. Serving sizes and the pediatrician-first notes are on sea moss for kids.
How do frozen pops ship without melting?
They ship frozen in cold-chain packaging Monday through Wednesday only, so nothing sits in transit over a weekend. Order early in the week and have freezer space ready when the box lands.
