Shipping & refunds
Everything is made fresh after you order and ships cold from Houston, Monday through Wednesday (12 PM ET cutoff). Insulated shipping is $15 up to 15 lb, $30 to 40 lb, $55 above; Houston-metro delivery is a flat $15. Most orders arrive within 1-5 days of shipping.
